If it's cold and uncomfortable, then do a warm bath really good:
Antifröstel - Herbstbad
100 ml cream
5 drops. 5 drops vanilla
. Mandarin red
3 Tr. Neroli
and if the mood is depressed:
Bad mood
100 ml cream
8 Tr. Lavender fine
1 Tr. Neroli
1 Tr. Rose
