Essential Oils for Anxiety, nightmares, shock and Grief:
neroli, petit grain, orange blossom
Chamomile Roman
Mandarin and Petit Grain Mandarinier
lavender fine / wild
marjoram
Melissa
jasmine, ylang-ylang, iris 1%
per 1 Tr. three oils in the fragrance lamp or 1 Tr. on tissue and inhale or incorporated in a perfume balm or scooter.
