I like following exercise would improve my view range to perform "Take a book and three as the text by drawing two longitudinal lines. Use the lines as fixed points. Good Exercise to widen the view range is if you look in a text with long lines (not a magazine with several columns) in the middle of the line (without desperately for a word to look) and exercise without looking at the beginning and the end of the line.
